Cancellation Options

Guest cancellation policies

Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. Great for travelers who need flexibility.

Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. 50% refund after that.
๐ Strict
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Host cancellations
Hosts should avoid cancelling confirmed bookings. If you must cancel:
- Cancel as early as possible to give guests time to rebook
- Repeated cancellations may result in listing suspension
- Guests receive a full refund for host-cancelled bookings
Extenuating circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, serious illness, or other major events beyond your control, Rentleeys may offer full refunds regardless of the cancellation policy. Contact support@rentleeys.com.
