If you can't check in and the host can't resolve it, we'll find you comparable accommodation or give you a full refund.

If the property is significantly different from the listing, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

If the property isn't clean when you arrive, report it to us and we'll arrange cleaning or alternative accommodation.

Your payout is guaranteed within 24 hours of guest check-in, regardless of any disputes.

Report any damage within 72 hours of checkout. We'll mediate with the guest and help document claims.

Cancellation Options
Flexible policies that work for both guests and hosts.
Guest cancellation policies
✅ Flexible
Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. Great for travelers who need flexibility.
📅 Moderate
Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. 50% refund after that.
🔒 Strict
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Host cancellations
Hosts should avoid cancelling confirmed bookings. If you must cancel:
- Cancel as early as possible to give guests time to rebook
- Repeated cancellations may result in listing suspension
- Guests receive a full refund for host-cancelled bookings
Extenuating circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, serious illness, or other major events beyond your control, Rentleeys may offer full refunds regardless of the cancellation policy. Contact support@rentleeys.com.
