Rentleeys sends your payout via PayPal or GCash within 24 hours of check-in. We deduct our 2% host fee automatically.

How is Rentleeys cheaper than Airbnb?
Airbnb charges guests 14% and hosts 3% — total 17%. Rentleeys charges guests 8% and hosts 2% — total 10%. That's 7% less, meaning more money stays with you and your guests pay less.
What if a guest cancels?
If a guest cancels before check-in, you receive a cancellation fee based on your cancellation policy. Rentleeys handles disputes and will contact you directly.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes, we recommend setting up a PayPal account to receive payouts. Alternatively you can receive via GCash if you're in the Philippines. Contact us at hello@rentleeys.com to set up your preferred payout method.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
No minimum. We pay you for every booking regardless of the amount.
How do I update my payout details?
Go to your Dashboard → Profile and update your PayPal email or GCash number. You can also email us at hello@rentleeys.com.
